If you haven’t already bought this excellent book, then why not treat yourself (or buy it for a friend) this Christmas.
‘Small Town Dreams‘ written by James Cumming tells his story of how he fulfilled his ambitions both for a tour around the world but also of a glorious FA Cup run for his local football team – Wycombe Wanderers.
Who can forget the 2000-2001 season when our FA Cup exploits went from a humble beginning with a first round game at home to Harrow Borough and ended with a trip to Villa Park for a Semi-Final tie with the mighty Liverpool.
‘Small Town Dreams’ follows the events of “six extraordinary months in a very ordinary life” of a football fan – going “around the world in an FA Cup daze“!
Even if you were at some or all of those memorable games, James recalls his experiences which brings them all to life so vividly.
