The November QBC draw winner is long time Wanderers fan Tracy Wyatt from High Wycombe. Tracy won £1011.20 when one of her numbers (1066) was on the first ball drawn from the bag on Thursday night. The draw was made at the end of the Supporters Trust AGM and Tracy was in the audience to hear her name and prize announced.
Her immediate reaction was “I’m really chuffed. It was a lovely surprise cos I never win anything”
Tracy went to her first Wycombe game – a Berks and Bucks cup final vs Aylesbury at Wolverton in 1987 when she was 16. She has been going every since and is now in her 38th season of following the Chairboys.
She met Tim (who later became her husband) as they both queued to get into the Woodlands terrace (as it was then) during the club’s first season at Adams Park in 1990. All 3 of their children are also season ticket holders now.
Tracy tells us that her favourite game was THAT FA Cup replay away at Selhurst Park against Wimbledon in 2001. In more recent times, she has been part of the original group behind “the 1887” initiative.
With her prize money, Tracy is hoping to treat herself to a new away shirt from the club shop and a few extra Christmas goodies.
The picture of Tracy above was taken at Wembley this year and the one below shows her being congratulated by retiring Trust Chairman Bob Massie who made the draw at his last meeting before stepping down from the Board.
