WhiffAway – Winter Winners at Wycombe Wanderers

The latest big cash prize winners in the Quarters Ball Club draw are a group of staff from club sponsors WhiffAway Ltd. They share £1042.40 after one of their balls 1186 was the first drawn out of the bag by young Lucy (see below) before the game on New Years Day.

WhiffAway, based in Queensmead Road, High Wycombe are leaders in Waterless Urinal Technology (as seen at Adams Park) as well as other Biological Solutions and Closed Systems. https://www.whiffaway.com/

The company first signed a partnership deal with the club in 2023, taking over the sponsorship of the away stand (appropriately now named the WhiffAway Stand) while all toilets across the stadium were to undergo renovations to install infection control and water conservation facilities, saving in the region of 7.5million litres of water each year. The WW Supporters Trust also contributed some funds to help this project along.

Featured above are James McLean(CEO) and Seb Marshall (COO), celebrating this latest success on behalf of their office syndicate. Six months ago the company hosted the July 2023 QBC Draw and were so enthused about the scheme that they formed a group to join in themselves buying the maximum 15 balls each month for a combined £30 payment.

We can accommodate any other syndicate group of workmates, friends or family members – just email us via qbc@wwst.org.uk for further details.

With the blue quartered ball remaining elusive, the jackpot increases as it rolls over to the January draw (likely to be made on Jan 30th). Entries will close at the end of 25th January – to enter go to https://wwst.org.uk/join-the-quarters-ball-club?_thumbnail_id=15103
