Review of 24/25 Season
A very positive season with first team finishing 2nd in the league and poised for a breakthrough season next year. We have a very strong line up of players already for next season and will potentially bring more in before pre-season.
Sponsors Cup
This match, traditionally held at the end of our season has had to be delayed due to us not being able to fix a date with the right quality of opposition and will now be held during the pre-season. Details will be advised when it is confirmed.
24/25 Player Awards Evening
This is currently scheduled for 10th May at Adams Park in the Woodlands starting at 7pm. Due to the playoffs it may have to be moved to the 17th depending on whether we are at home or away on the 10th.
Next Season
We’ve now played all our matches and the Chairgirls are taking a deserved rest. Preseason training will start on Tuesday 17th June and of course we will be arranging a number of friendlies during July and August. Details will be confirmed later.
We hope to hold at least two games at Adams Park next season, so watch this space for details.
Just a quick reminder our teams for next season will be, First, U16s and U18s.
Matchdays and Training
First team and U16s matches are on Alternative Sundays, KO 2pm and U18s are on Saturday, KO 10.30am. All home games played at Burnham FC, our home ground. Admission to U18s is free and for first and Dev team games adults are just £5. Pay in cash or card at the gate.
Training – continues at Burnham on Tuesdays and Thursday evenings from 7-9 pm
Finally – A big thank you to everyone who supports Wycombe Wanderers Women, from our sponsors, our coaches and of course our fans. The more fans we can get to each matchday the better. They improve the atmosphere and of course bring in revenue to support the teams. Please encourage all your friends and relatives to come along to our games.
